CLA-VAL 81M-3 : Check Valve, Lift, Spring Loaded, Diaphragm Operated
The Cla-Val Model 81M Diaphragm Check Valve is designed for use in the Hydraulic Activation portion of a shipboard Dry Type Magazine Sprinkler System. The 81M-3 Check valve is internally ported diaphragm actuated hydraulic check valve used in interconnected Open-valve loop and Closed-valve loop activating piping to prevent reverse flow. Two 81M-3 Check Valve are used on each loop to ensure that the highest pressure signal for activation is applied to the Magazine Sprinkler Valve.
