Switzerland : Fondation "AVEC"
Since 2003, CLA-VAL has been supporting the special design of three transport vehicles and a trailer, which is reconfigured as required. This enables people with reduced mobility to move around easily and safely, to benefit from a social environment with plenty of supervision, and hence to reduce inequalities.Actions taken :
4 days weekend in the Black Forest, Germany,
Camping,
Car support and maintenance,
Loan.
Nepal : Buddha Koltong School
Since 2003, CLA-VAL Europe has been supporting the maintenance and renovation of the Buddha Koltong School and its water purification system. In addition, the company covers the costs of school supplies, clothing for the pupils and the salaries of five teachers in the school.Actions taken :
Installation of a water purification system for the school and the village,
Construction of new school buildings,
Purchase of uniforms, notebooks, pens, pencils and sports equipment,
Financing for the teacher’s wages,
Donating Group.
South Africa : Oasis Skills Development Centre
Founded in 1999 in ZF Mgcawu, the Oasis Skills Development Centre was set up to address the lack of specialized facilities for unemployed and disabled youth. Since 2005, CLA-VAL Europe has been compensating part of the costs of the center in order to offer everyone the opportunity to receive an education adapted to their needs. This also contributes to the development of the region and helps to overcome the lack of specialized infrastructure.Action taken :
Project «Adopte-A-Learner» supports 46 young people.
Congo : Paix pour l’Enfance
Since 2018, CLA-VAL Europe has been supporting the Association in order to give each of the orphans the opportunity to attend school, to benefit from appropriate medical care and to have enough to eat.Actions taken :
Computer donation and collection of clothes,
Provision of school supplies for the new school year to all the children helped by the Association,
Covering the medical expenses of Peniel, a 2 years old,
Organization of a holiday camp for the children.
Madagascar : Wells
The purpose is to help people who do not have access to drinking water in the southern regions of the Island of Madagascar. CLA-VAL supports the project from construction to maintenance of the well. This helps to ensure the sustainability of the region, develop local agriculture, meet the basic needs of the region’s inhabitants and hence reduce the inequalities in the region.Actions takens :
11 wells have been built since 2014 in the south of Madagascar.
